My mission, quite simply, is to be the last coach you will ever need. If you have come across this website, there is a good chance that you need my help. Over a few short months, I will give you everything you need to not only achieve the goals that have eluded you so far, but also teach you the systems that have taken me over 10 years to develop. If you’re willing to commit and work hard, I can promise that by the end of our time together, you’ll know more than most personal trainers and be armed with all the systems and knowledge to continue to progress on your own. At the end of the day, I don’t want you as an online client forever, and you certainly won’t need me for a day longer than necessary. Ready ?

My Story


First of all, I want to make it clear that: "Then, now, forever, I am the same as you." I struggle with the same things that you do, and I always will and always have. The only difference? I might be a little further along in the never-ending journey than you, and you know what? That’s fucking exciting! Because you have me by your side, you have the opportunity to skip all of these years that it took me to battle through the bullshit and get straight to the things that truly work.

 

 

 

For much of my life, I was the fat kid. The kid that would pull his t-shirt down and out before they sat down, the kid that always wore a jumper on hot days, the kid that wore a t-shirt to go swimming This continued on through primary school all the way through to the end of high school. Then I started to change my life. I started to learn about training and nutrition, and I tried all the diets there were and all the free workouts I could find. Years later, I found the formula that worked. From that day on, I promised myself that one day I would be the person that I wished I had all those years ago. Now here we are. It is my mission to arm you with the tools, knowledge, and systems that have taken me over 10 years to figure out in a few short months.

The picture you see here is my biggest personal transformation. Now, of course, when COVID came along and we all turned into lazy cunts, I, like many others, let myself go a bit. I’ll be honest; I don't look the way I do right now in any of these pictures. However, the difference is that I know how to get back there. I’m on my journey right now to do just that, so why not do it together? You can take motivation from the fact that I am going through the same challenges as you are. Like I said before, I am and always will be one of you. "We don’t lack motivation; we lack clarity." The quotation is attached to the picture. like all of you if you are lucky enough to come upon this page. I was motivated most days, but I didn’t know what I was doing. So how could I do anything meaningful if I didn’t have a clear picture in mind of what I wanted my life to look like? This is where I really wish I had someone present to inject some clarity into my life and help me figure out exactly where I wanted to be and how to get there.

Unfortunately, that isn’t how life works, and we can't go back and tell ourselves the things we know now. But there’s an opportunity for you, right now, to skip to the part where you have clarity in your fitness and self-development journey, and I am genuinely extremely excited for you and for me. Here’s the trade: You give me a few months of your life, and you commit yourself to changing your life and learning systems to last you a lifetime without the need for another coach in your life, and I get the warm fuzzy feeling of fulfilling the younger version of Jay’s promise in that I would be the person to you that he needed himself. 3 life lessons I wish I could go back and tell myself

For years, this summed up my life. I’d rather do things my way and make meaningless mistakes without any lessons to take from them than reach out for help. Instead, I wasted years going round and round in circles because I prioritized being right over being happy and achieving the outcome I wanted.

This relates to my relationship with food and training. Sometimes I’d have a shit day, whether it be because I didn’t eat the right thing for lunch, and say to myself, "Fuck it." There’s no point in training or eating well today. Or I’d miss a training session and think, "Fuck it." I’ll eat like a dick for the rest of the day. This mentality would be exactly like getting a flat tire, jumping out, and slashing the other three. Why the fuck would you do that? You wouldn’t. So why is this the approach we take when it comes to our training and nutrition?

If I could go back to when I first started both my self-development and fitness journeys, this would probably be up there with the five things I would tell myself. Everything you do directly relates to who you want to be. For me, it means no single action will transform your life (apart from signing up to work with me), but as the votes build up, so does the evidence of your new identity. This is proof that meaningful changes do not require radical changes. Instead, even small steps are moving in the right direction. A concept that I struggled to understand for many years

These are just a few lessons that I’ve learned over the years, and hopefully all three of them resonate with you.
